Key Personnel

Gabriela E. Litov, President Gabriela, President and founder of EGL Properties, is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), Apartment Owners Association (AOA), The Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Southern Regional Association Of Realtors MLS,  and serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors. Gabriela earned her BA from the University of California, Riverside, and her Masters from the University of Washington.

Elie Litov, Chief Financial Officer An experienced real estate investor, Elie oversees all financial matters for the company. Elie earned his BS from University of California, Los Angeles, his Masters from the University of Southern California, and his Ph.D. from the University of Washington

Michal L. Vaakil Vice President Michal brings extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and residential property management from more than 10 years in the industry working for such companies as Jones Lang LaSalle and Douglas, Emmett & Co. At EGL Properties, Michal is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and oversees the property supervisors, maintenance and general office staff. Michal earned her BA from Smith College and her  Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Southern California. She is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate.

EGL Properties personnel are bonded and covered by Worker's Compensation. All Property Supervisors are bilingual.
